General Manager Allen Hardison assumed the General Manager position for the Orange County Breakers in November 2015. Hardison is in his fifth year of Mylan World TeamTennis (WTT) and is in his second stint with the Breakers.
Last season, Hardison played a large role in assembling a Breakers squad that went undefeated at home and reached the 2016 Mylan WTT Finals. Prior to his return to the Breakers, Hardison was General Manager of the 2015 Mylan WTT Western Conference Champion Austin Aces. He has also spent time working in Major League Baseball (MLB), previously holding a front office position with the Angels.
In his role as GM, Hardison oversees the day-to-day operations and planning for the Breakers team, staff, venue, office and leads on sales initiatives, including tickets and sponsorships.
Hardison, who was born and raised in Orange County, graduated from the University of Nevada and holds Business and General Studies degrees. During his time at Nevada, he was named to the All-Mountain West, Academic All-Conference and All-American Bowl teams in football. He enjoys spending time with his wife Eva, family, friends and dog Paddington in his spare time.
Community Relations Manager Tracy Harris has been involved with the Breakers since the team's inaugural season in 2003. Harris oversees the community outreach prorgams for the Breakers as well as the ball kid program. Prior to joining the Breakers staff, Harris spent nearly 20 years working as an executive for Enterprise. Harris, a former collegiate tennis player at Long Beach State, enjoys spending time with her three girls and husband in her spare time.
Player Services and Operations Manager Ryan Broccolo, who also started his career in the Breakers front office in 2003, has been an integral part of the team since the inaugural season. Broccolo, who manages the team's player services program, also assists with the venue and match operations. Broccolo previously worked in the LA Galaxy and ASICS front offices and has nearly 14 years of experience in running team events. Prior to beginning his professional career, Broccolo played college tennis at Albion College. In his spare time Ryan enjoys hanging out with his wife Meg, playing tennis and traveling.
Event and Promotions Coordinator Katrina Hart joined the Breakers staff in May 2016 and will be entering her first Mylan World TeamTennis season. During the season, Hart is tasked with managing the Breakers on-court promotions and outside events. Hart started her professional career with Parcel Pending in 2014 and has since worked for SoCal TV & PR, Cinepolis and INiTS. Hart is an accomplished golfer, speaks fluent German and enjoys traveling abroad.
Box Office Manager Guillermo Guerrero is entering his first season with the Breakers but has over four years of experience in the ticketing and box office industry. Guerrero, who is a graduate of the University of California Irvine, oversees the box office and ticketing operations for the Breakers. While at UCI, Guerrero helped manage the ticketing system and box office operations for all collegiate events, outside concerts, graduations and performances.
Box Office Coordinator Alec Dardis joined the Breakers staff in June 2016 and is entering his first season in Mylan World TeamTennis. However, Dardis is no stranger to the Breakers or tennis, as he is a Division I tennis player at Colgate and is a longtime Breakers supporter. Dardis is tasked with assisting in box office management, ticketing operations and venue operations for the Breakers.
Public Relations and Media Coordinator Meghan Smiley began her career with the Breakers in 2013 and was in charge of the team's marketing and sponsorship fulfilment programs. Meghan, has since moved into the Public Relations and Media role and is now responsible for fulfilling outside media inquires, website content, social media, match reports and other media related tasks. Smiley is a graduate of Oregon State University and enjoys spending time with her friends and family on off days.
Volunteer Coordinator Henry Kutlo began his Breakers career as a volunteer associate in 2003 and has since moved into the Volunteer Coordinator role with the team. Kutlo, a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles, is responsible for managing the Breakers volunteer program. On a nightly basis, Kutlo staffs all volunteer posts to ensure that guests always have assistance when needed at home matches. Kutlo is a member of the Newport Beach Tennis Club and has worked with former Breaker players such as Maria Sharapova and Pete Sampras during previous seasons.
